EPS Power Supply Unit
EPS power supply unit is integrated and modularized EPS debugging control driver. It can provide the required speed, transmission speed, power supply, ignition and other signals to EPS.

The EPS power supply unit adopts a combined structure. The upper part is the EPS signal generation and acquisition module, and the lower part is the EPS power supply. It is also compatible with the power simulator and allows the controller to be tested separately. The vehicle speed and engine signal can be selected by CAN or analog signal; the power supply unit is connected to the host computer through the network cable for data output and input control.

KTS analysis and processing software can analyze the characteristics of collected data, export the data to EXCEL, and realize data sharing.

The EPS power supply works in online mode.

The user can use the host computer to connect to the EPS power supply unit via Ethernet, and configure the corresponding parameters through software to perform EPS driving and data acquisition. The data distribution software can automatically generate dynamic curves and output in report format; The software can process the dynamic curve to grasp the changes of various parameters under different working conditions.
