Hella Sensor Calibration Instrument
The Hella sensor calibration instrument is an instrument with four PWM acquisition and programming transforms. It is a collection communication instrument with a single chip as the core, and it is a module with sensor calibration, programming and data dynamic processing and analysis.
Its main function is to configure the instrument through the host computer or network, and cooperate with the KTS sensor programming software to perform real-time data collection and sensor calibration and programming. The data is transmitted to the host computer through TCP/IP, USB, etc., and the PC software then performs corresponding processing according to the requirements.
Main performance:
● Input power: DC 9-36V
● Working temperature: -20°C-80°C
● Input method: TCP/IP, USB, PWM
● Output method: TCP/IP, USB, PWM, DO
● Number of PWM channels: 4 channels
● PWM voltage: DC 0-5V
● Acquisition accuracy: duty cycle 0.02%
Applications and benefits
● The power chip adopts industrial grade chip to reduce the interference of the power supply under the premise of ensuring voltage stability.
●The power input has circuit protection to prevent voltage and current from being too large, causing the device to burn out.
● Independent watchdog technology to prevent programs from running away.
● 4 channels of variable frequency, variable duty (DC0-5V) ,PWM waveform (1-10Khz), input capture.
●Diversified communication modes, communication such as USB and TCP/IP.
●Open platform structure, providing secondary development interface library files.
● This instrument needs to be used with the Hella sensor writer .
