K-BOX portable handhold tester is an ideal test and recording instrument for hydraulic system pressure, flow, temperature, speed, displacement, angle and other parameters. K-BOX portable handhold tester, based on ARM’s latest microelectronics technology,32-bit microprocessor, 16-bit AD conversion, built-in SD card, 2G storage space. Ensure 8 simultaneous sampling of 1000 channels per second.
KTS analysis and processing software can analyze the characteristics of collected data, export the data to EXCEL, and realize data sharing.
By connecting the data acquisition software on the computer, the dynamic curve (flow, pressure, temperature, speed, etc.) can be automatically generated and output in various report formats. Using data analysis software, the dynamic curve can be processed (differential, integral, filtering, translation, addition and subtraction, transformation coordinates, etc.), and the dynamic parameters (response time, peak time, overshoot, impact response, etc.) can be clearly seen. Therefore, it can master the change of parameters of each component under different working conditions.
