The intelligent servo press drives the electric cylinder by the servo motor, which converts the rotary motion of the servo motor into linear motion. The intelligent servo press is widely used in the assembly line, such as bearing pressing and interference fitting.
d The servo press can accurately control the pressure mounting speed, position and pressure. The pressure mounting force range is optional from 1T to 6T. The maximum pressure mounting stroke is 300mm and the precision of pressure mounting is 0.01mm.The system is equipped with pressure displacement monitoring unit, including pressure sensor and displacement sensor, which is used for real-time monitoring of pressing force and displacement of the press during the pressing process.
