The machine is a comprehensive test platform for all the performance tests of the vehicle steering gear. The device ,which is designed based on the related technical requirements of GC/T 649-2013 automobile steering mechanism performance requirements and test methods, can automatically complete the test of electric steering gear ,such as no-load rotational torque test, reverse no-load rotational torque test, sensor signal characteristic test, input/output torque, input torque/absorption current characteristic test and function test. Its main function is to test system for real-time control use the computer, conversing the operating mode according to the test requirements, automatic completing all kinds of electric power steering device performance test of the real-time acquisition of process control, test parameters, the accurate calculation of various performance pointer, etc., and the experimental data can be recorded in the form of chart, curve and so on, finally realize the experimental data display and printing. Each functional part of the testbed adopts the standardized module, which is concise and beautiful.
