KTS-CX1000 electric power steering device is a comprehensive test platform for the performance test of the steering gear. The equipment is based on the technical requirements of “GC/T 649-2013 Automotive Steering Mechanism Performance Requirements and Test Methods” and “Q3714-KTS02-2014 Electric Power Steering Piping with Intermediate Shaft Assembly Test Specification”. The electric power steering column can be automatically tested for Its main function is to use the computer to control the test system in real time and to change the working condition according to the test requirements. Automatically complete the process control of various performance tests of the electric power steering device, real-time acquisition of test parameters, accurate calculation of various performance indicators, etc., and can record the experimental data in the form of graphs, curves, etc., and finally display and print experimental data.The test bench adopt standardized modules, which are simple and beautiful.
