Description

Impact Test Bench for Automotive Steering
This device is a special device for centering and inserting pins for torsion bars of electric power steering. Based on the advanced design concepts and techniques of foreign test equipment, the equipment refers to the relevant requirements of “GC/T 649-2013 Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Vehicle Steering Mechanisms”. Relying on independent key core technologies, the design after years of continuous innovation and improvement has the advantages of high positioning accuracy, easy operation and high automation. It consists of a hole portion, a press pin portion, a hydraulic pump station portion, a slide driving portion, and a discharge debris portion. The control system uses the combination of the industrial computer and the PLC to realize the automatic control of the test results, display, printing and real-time display of the performance curve, and can be evaluated according to the given indicators.

The equipment is designed for double working position. Swing cylinder is adopted to realize double working position switching. The switching time is 2S, which greatly improves the processing efficiency. One working position is the reinspection of shafting machinery, and the other is the working position, which is to drill holes first, then chamfer and finally pin.
