Impact Test Bench for Automotive Steering
PWM module is a module with 4 PWM. It is a communication module with a single chip as the core, and is a module with multiple sets of PWM transmission, PWM acquisition, data processing and analysis.
Its main function is to configure the module through the host computer or network. The module performs multi-channel PWM detects the impact force during the impact process.
The test bench can control the test system transmission and real-time reception on the device under test, and transmits it to the host computer through the network or Modbus protocol. The PC software then performs corresponding processing according to the requirements.
Main performance:
● Input power: DC 9-36V
● Operating temperature: -20℃-80℃
● Input mode: RS232、RS485、TCP/IP、USB、
PWM
● Output mode:RS232、RS485、TCP/IP、USB、
PWM、Relay
● PWM number:4 roads
● PWM voltage:DC 0-5V/DC 0-(9-36)V
Applications and benefits
● The power chip adopts industrial grade chip to reduce the interference of the power supply under the premise of ensuring voltage stability.
● The power input has protection circuit protection to prevent voltage and current from being too large, causing the device to burn out.
●Independent watchdog technology to prevent programs from running away.
●4 frequency-variable (DC 0-(9-36)V/0-5V) PWM waveform (0-1Khz).
●4 channels of variable frequency, variable duty (DC0-5V) PWM waveform (1-10Khz) input capture.
●Diversified communication modes, RS232, RS485 and TCP/IP communication.
●Open platform structure, providing secondary development interface library files.
