Automobile electric power steering device sensor welding machine
The equipment is suitable for welding the sensor and shaft of electric power steering device. It is controlled by PLC, it’s convenient to transfer with the product model linked to the menu, the transfer time, the welding points and strength can be adjusted by changing the parameters, and the focal length can be adjusted for different diameters of the outer circle.
The equipment is divided into two stations and two welding guns are set up. One station is to weld the sensor rotor with the output shaft, while the other is to weld the sensor body with the input shaft. Drive mechanism is provided below the equipment, which is composed of servo motor and pneumatic chuck. It can precisely control rotation angle to ensure even welding spot and reliable strength. The welding process is protected by argon, which is harmless to the sensor plastic parts, the sensor performance and the plastic parts.
