Automobile electric power steering device sensor calibration machine
The equipment is suitable for testing the sensor of electric power steering gear. During the test, load in both directions via driving the input shaft to rotate, the torque signal is tested by the sensor instrument and PWM signal detection and acquisition system and converted to graphic output.
The test bench is arranged in modular structure, which is composed of the platform part, standard servo input drive part, tooling jig part and standard servo output loading part. All data such as torque and sensor signals are collected in real time according to real physical time and recorded in data files and databases.
Main performance:
● Input torque:±20 Nm, Precision 0.1% FS
● Input angle:angle is unlimited, Precision 0.018°
● Sensor supply voltage:5±0.1V
● Sensor supply current:≥50mA
● Torque type:PWM
● Repeat accuracy:≤5%
● The cycle is 68s with a credibility verification of 128s
Applications and benefits
● No need to achieve output automatic locking for the spline with the pneumatic chuck clamping device.
● The clamping device of prototype adopts a separate structure, which can meet the needs of testing different specifications of the prototype.
● The drive part adopts the coordination mode of motor and pneumatic chuck to save assembly space, short design cycle and high assembly precision.
● High degree of automation with the feed and disengage of cylinder drive clamp.
● The user interface is specially customized to facilitate the calibration of sensor zero.
