EPS debugging instrument
The EPS debugger is an integrated, modular EPS debug control driver. The required speed, transmitter speed, ignition, etc. can be provided to the EPS.
KTS-D61501 EPS debugger, based on ARM’s latest microelectronics technology, 32-bit microprocessor, industrial-grade touch screen. The vehicle speed and engine signal can be selected from CAN or analog signals; the working mode of the instrument can be divided into two types: single machine work and online work. Support the user’s external battery pack to fully simulate the actual vehicle status.
Stand-alone mode: After the user sets the corresponding parameters (such as EPS power, ignition signal, vehicle speed signal, engine speed signal, etc.), through the touch screen display, the EPS is driven, and the corresponding voltage, current, and CAN can be displayed through the display touch screen.
Online mode: Users can use the host computer to connect to the EPS debugger via Ethernet, configure the corresponding parameters through software, and then drive the EPS. The data splitting software can automatically generate dynamic curves and output in report format; use data analysis The software can process the dynamic curve to grasp the changes of various parameters under different working conditions.
